Park Rules
Booking
To guarantee your booking full payment must be made at least 2 weeks prior arrival (3 weeks for Bank Holidays). No refund will be given if cancelled within a week of arrival date. Bank Holiday – minimum 3 night stay.
Please note deposits are nonrefundable.
CHECK IN
All arrivals and visitors must stop at the entrance and check in at reception.
Touring pitches, arrival between 1pm & 6pm. Departure no later than 12 noon. Requests for a later stay incur a charge of £10 per unit until 6pm on day of departure.
Glamping pods, arrival between 2pm & 6pm. Departures no later than 10am.
Late arrivals by prior arrangement only.
Each party is required to have a responsible adult of at least 21yrs of age.
We can no longer offer discount to rallies during High Season.
Only one car per pitch is permitted
Additional cars must be parked in the visitor’s car park located at the main entrance. The park and all its facilities are used entirely at guests own risk. We will not accept liability in respect of any person or property. This includes the laundry. Guests must ensure that their vehicle and personal insurance covers third party liability whilst in the park.
NOISE
This is a family park, so please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum and no noise at all between the hours of 10.00pm and 8.00am, abusers will be asked to leave the park IMMEDIATELY. No parties of any kind to be held on the park.
DOGS
Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs are not permitted in the children’s play area. Dogs must be exercised off the park and the person responsible for the dog must clean up all fouling on or off the park. Dog bins are located on site. Dogs must not be left unattended
Fires and barbeques
Open fires, firepits & personal stereo systems are not permitted. Disposal barbeques are permitted as long as they are lifted off the grass. Please keep all hot pans, barbeques etc. off of the grass. Please dispose of ashes safely in appropriate bin.
We reserve the right to remove from the park persons behaving in a manner likely to cause a Disturbance or causing Damage
to any property or equipment.
When specific pitches or special requests are asked for we will do our utmost to site you as requested. However, this cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to allocate a pitch at our discretion. Units must be pitched at the direction of the park staff. This is to ensure compliance with the site license and for safety and privacy reasons.
Day visitors to your pitch are your responsibility and must check in at reception on arrival. Visitors will be admitted to the park by appointment only and after paying the appropriate fee of a £2 per person.
Electricity is supplied at 16 amps, 240V. This is suitable for low wattage appliances, not domestic appliances. We reserve the right to disconnect the supply at any time as required.
Our pitches are big enough to pitch a caravan and standard 8ft awning. Larger awnings may only be used if specified when booking.
CHILDREN
Children are your responsibility. An adult must supervise children at all times. Loitering and playing around the amenity blocks or other pitches are not permitted. Ball and throwing games must not be played around the caravans – there is ample space in the play area provided for such games. Play equipment in the play must be treated with respect. All damage and breakages will be charged. No children allowed on the park area after dusk
CARS AND VEHICLES
Cars must be driven with care whilst on the park roads and must not exceed 5mph.
No Movement after 10pm. If you need to use your car after this time you will need to park on the top carpark near the shower block. The security barriers will be up from 10pm until 8am.
Cars must not be washed or maintained on the park.
DISHWASHING
Sinks with hot water are provided for dishwashing in the amenity block, please only wash dishes in the sinks provided for this use.
Our water is metered, please avoid waste thank you.
LAUNDRY
Within the amenity block there is a laundry room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Waste water/Chemical disposal
All wastewater and chemical toilets must be disposed of in the emptying points provided. Wastewater containers and chemical toilet cassettes must only be washed out at the emptying points. Please avoid using between 10pm & 8am.
DRINKING WATER TAPS
These are located at various points around the park.
They are for DRINKING WATER ONLY and we ask that you use them hygienically and economically.
Litter/Rubbish
Bins are provided for the disposal of your rubbish. Large items of rubbish i.e. camping equipment/electrical goods etc. must be taken home..
